KIDS MOVE UP DAY
All kids and students in pre-K and up will move on Sunday, September 6th to the grade they are entering in the Fall. You will now check-in your kids to their new grade level on Sundays. Changes have been made in our system this week to reflect their promotion. If you notice on Sunday that your student's grade printed on their name tag is incorrect, please let Pastor Adam or another Kids Ministry Leader know and we will be happy to ensure it gets corrected. Let us know if you have any questions regarding promotion. Wishing you all a wonderful end to summer and looking forward to this new school year!
WOMEN’S FALL BIBLE STUDY
The women are offering a new bible study starting Thursday, September 10th from 9:30-11:00 AM on Paul’s letter to the Romans. This profound and life-transforming book helps us discover afresh how deeply we are loved and how completely we are saved by God’s grace through faith in Jesus Christ. It contains the most comprehensive teaching in the New Testament on the gospel of Jesus Christ: God’s good news to us. It is a year-long study and the cost is $5. If you are interested email Women's Ministry or connect with Diane Christensen.
WOMEN’S FALL KICKOFF
Come join us on Wednesday, September 16th at 6:30 PM for our annual Fall Kickoff. This is a great opportunity to find out what the Women's Ministry has planned for the 2026/2027 year and ways you can get involved.
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
We are now collecting school items for our Operation Christmas Child shoebox ministry. This is one way to share the love of Jesus through simple gifts and the message of the Gospel. Throughout September and October, we'll continue collecting gifts to fill our shoeboxes before we gather to pack them in November. You can also help by donating toward shipping costs. It costs $10 per shoebox to ship these gifts, so our goal is to raise $1,800 to cover postage for all 180 boxes. If shopping isn't convenient, we've made it easy! We have an Amazon gift list where you can purchase approved items and have them shipped directly to the church. (13232 156th Ave SE, Renton, WA 98059) As you shop, please remember that all items must fit inside a standard shoebox. Please do not donate liquids, food, or soap. Thank you for your generosity and knowing that every shoebox is an opportunity to share the hope of Christ with a child and their family.
SAVE THE DATE
Mark your calendars for our annual Trunk or Treat, Saturday, October 31st from 1:00-3:00 PM! This is a fun way to welcome our community, connect with families, and share the love of Christ with those around us. Volunteer sign-ups are coming soon! There are lots of ways to help - from decorating trunks and passing out treats to games, food, setup, and more. There’s a place for everyone to serve! Save the date and plan to join us!
SONG OF THE MONTH - AUGUST
In Leviticus we see again and again that sin and uncleanness separate people from a holy God and that sacrifice is required to restore what has been broken. Yet every offering points forward to Jesus, the perfect and final sacrifice who cleanses us and brings us near Him. "Sing" invites us to respond to that incredible grace with joyful worship. We no longer bring animals to the altar; instead, through Christ, we offer God our praise, our gratitude, and our lives. We sing because the sacrifice has been made, our guilt has been removed, and we have been welcomed into the presence of God.
Sing - by Sovereign Grace

ERCC hosts a gleaning on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays around 11:00 – 12:00 PM in the back parking lot. Items are extras from stores such as Costco and QFC. All participants are asked to enter through the back gate, park and go directly to the “number person” and get in line. (No scanning of the items laid out) Please come to the church after you receive the email notification from ERCC.
People attending ERCC are welcome to participate in the ‘glean’ distribution. If you would like to attend please email the church office and you will be added to the ‘gleaning’ email list.
